Damages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@mindello.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition.

By submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate evidence of the item’s damage as received. We do not offer refunds without photographic proof. All claims are assessed case-by-case, and we’ll always aim to offer a fair resolution — typically a replacement.


Returns and Refunds

Mindello does not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it.

If a refund is required (in rare cases), we’ll let you know once your request has been reviewed. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
